Best Caregiver Award
Honors a family member, significant other, or friend who has gone above and beyond in providing care and support to someone living with Fabry disease.
- Plaque and gift card awarded to first place and runner-up finalist
- Nominee does not need to be present to win
- Open to nominations from individuals living with Fabry disease
Best Medical Professional Award
Recognizes a healthcare professional who has demonstrated exceptional commitment, expertise, and compassion in the care of individuals with Fabry disease.
- Plaque and gift card awarded to first place and runner-up finalist
- Nominee does not need to be present to win
- Open to nominations from individuals living with Fabry disease or caregivers

Awards cannot be won by the same individual two years in a row.
