Our Walk of Hope features personalized photo frames honoring individuals affected by Fabry disease—each one a story of strength, resilience, and love. As we walk together at the conference, we raise awareness, celebrate those living with Fabry, and remember those we hold close in our hearts.


This path is more than a walk—it’s a statement of solidarity, advocacy, and hope for a brighter future.
